Where to Invest in pre construction Condos Downtown Toronto or Out of Toronto in GTA Area !!!This the question a lot of my investors ask !!!
My answer is it depends on your work and live situation.
If you are looking to invest and don't want to live in your new pre-construction condo I suggest Downtown Toronto is your best choice. Having said that there are a lot of factors that should be kept in mind. Your lifestyle and age too matters when you are planning to buy a condo. My clients who come from big families and are use to living in big detached homes will never like to invest in a small cubicle in downtown as everything seems to be too small !!!!
If you are young student or a yonge professional downtown Toronto is the perfect place !!!
You can be a part of https://www.cfshops.com/toronto-eaton-centre.html ,one of the best shopping and fun places in Toronto.

Now about investing out of downtown in nearby areas.
Like I alays say its always better to buy and live then to rent. Out of downtown perifery the apartments are aplenty. You can easily buy a two bedroom for less than 350k.
